Lions Drop Close One to Spartans, Focus Turns to Rouxgaroux

The Columbus Lions gave it everything they had in a gritty, back-and-forth contest but came up just short in a 42–38 loss to the Colorado Spartans at the Denver Coliseum. The game was a showcase of determination and heart, with both teams trading momentum throughout the night.

While the loss stings, the Lions remain focused and determined to bounce back. The team returns home on May 10 to face the Shreveport Rouxgaroux in what promises to be an exciting matchup for Educator Appreciation Night, where all educators will receive free admission as a thank-you for their impact in the community.

If you're interested in receiving free tickets for Educator Appreciation Night, please fill out the form at https://www.columbuslions.net/educatorsnight.

This offer ends on May 8th at 5:00 PM, so be sure to claim your tickets before then!

The Lions are staying locked in—and they’re not done yet.
