Allen returns for his fourth overall seasonAllen with the Lions organization primarily serving as a volunteer during his tenure with the club. Serving has Head Coach Jason Gibson's "right-hand" man, Meek helps oversee the day-to-day activities as the team's clubhouse manager.

Meek also helps coordinate the club's travel logistics for all home and away games. In addition he is in charge of the Lions online merchandise store for the past three seasons.

An avid sports fan and native of Texas, when he is not sporting his Lions gear you can often catch he wearing his Dallas Cowboys apparel. Both his wife and son are also avid sports fans also serving as volunteers and often providing the team with their game-day pre-game meals.

Rick Jacobson - Vice President of Sales and Marketing/Part Owner

Rick Jacobsen has a long career in the sports industry.IMG 52302 His career started in 1978 after graduating from Syracuse University in 1977 with a B.S. in Television-Radio.

Jacobsen came to Columbus in 1995 and has since worked for the Columbus Cottonmouths (CHL/ECHL), Columbus Wardogs (af2), and Montgomery Maulers (National Indoor Football League). He first worked with the Columbus Lions in 2007 before working at Maple Ridge Golf Club from 2007-2010. He re-joined the Columbus Lions organization in 2011 and joined the ownership group in July of that year.

Rick is married to former Lola Hunter and resides in Phenix City.

In his spare time, he enjoys print and broadcast journalism, playing golf, baseball, and softball.

After getting her start as a volunteer, 2016 willIMG 52232 mark Tanema's sixth overall season with the Columbus Lions. In her 6 years her duties with the club have expanded from helping oversee to the Lions Youth Indoor Football League, which is now entering it's ninth season, to now serving as the club's General Manager.

In 2013 she became a full-time staff member assisting the team in daily activities of which included game-day staff planning, ticket sales/operations, VIP relations, and merchandise. At the start of the 2014 season she was promoted to General Manager overseeing Business Operations, Season Tickets, Game-day Operations, Community Events, and the Columbus Lady Lions Dance Team.

Tanema has always enjoyed watching football, but when her son began playing in the Columbus Youth Indoor Football League six years ago, she ultimately became hooked. Her son, Markus Wright, had numerous Divison 1 offers and chose to start his Collegiate career at Army West Point in the summer of 2016 after he graduates . She is often heard around the office saying,
